The Senior executive/Executive supports the administrative functions of Safety & Health Division including safety training coordination, administration of LMS training platform and record keeping for staff, students and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate safety training for staff, students and other stakeholders.
  • Support the administration of safety training and record keeping through LMS training platform.
  • Compile training materials for internal safety training workshops.
  • Support the administration of the Division’s SharePoint.
  • Provide other administrative support to the Division as required

Job Requirements
  • Work experience in administrative work, especially with Learning Management Systems and/or SharePoint would be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates can be considered.
  • Preferably a diploma in any discipline.
