Manager (Applications)

The Manager (Applications) is primarily responsible for all aspects of the SIT CRM System which includes but is not limited to CRM Development & Operations, and interfacing with other enterprise systems. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and manage all CRM-based projects
  • Responsible for all stages of software development, from gathering user requirements, concept, design, prototyping to coding, testing and implementation in .NET applications
  • Works closely with end users to define requirements and implement solutions to meet the requirements
  • Maintain existing web applications
  • Troubleshoot coding problems related to design, infrastructure or data
  • Perform other tasks assigned by reporting officer
Requirements
  • Good Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of web application development (.NET)
  • At least 3 years of relevant project management experience. Possess excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in MS dynamics CRM/XRM implementation development will be an advantage
  • Demonstrates ability to be proactive and anticipate potential problems before they occur, and follow through on every assigned task
  • Must be able to work well with a wide range of personality types. Ability to work in all levels of the organization
  • Must be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Possesses strong problem solving skills and are both resourceful and proactive in managing projects
  • Must be customer service orientated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work well independently within a fast paced, dynamic, deadline orientated environment by embracing all tasks with competency, energy, and enthusiasm
