The Manager, Finance will be responsible for financial reporting pertaining to Continuing Education Training (CET) transactions, including billing and collection functions, and new system implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely reporting of programme income and expenditure; internally and to funding agencies
  • Implement and maintain the Billing and Collection modules of the new CET system
  • Ensure billing and collection transactions are accounted timely and accurately
  • Ensure compliance to policies and procedures and advocate good internal controls for processes
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial operations and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP System, applicants with experience in system implementation is preferred
  • Some basic understanding of GST and withholding taxes will be advantageous
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for details
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and a good team player
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and resourceful in solving challenges
